Shipping & Returns

We do not issue refunds on custom items and sales for custom items are final. Outbound shipping charges aren't always refunded upon return. These charges include regular and freight shipping and any shipping surcharges.

Refund Timelines

Credit/Debit Card

  • Up to 10 business days, depending on the individual’s bank refund could be earlier.

Return for non-custom items:

You can then choose to do one of the following:

  • Exchange the item with another item.
  • Get a refund if the returned item is in good condition.
  • Get credit for another order if the item is returned within 30 days.

We refund returns to your original method of payment.

Canceled orders.

Sometimes canceling your order is the best option to save you time and money. If we cancel your order, we won’t charge you.

Your orders

The most common reasons for canceling an order are:

  • Limits on available quantities.
  • The item is out of stock.
  • Pricing or other listing errors.
  • Our Credit and Fraud Avoidance department needs additional information.
  • Unavailable carrier or shipping method.

We'll send you an email if we cancel any part of your order or if we need more information to process your order.

Delivery Delays

If there's a delay in your scheduled delivery, you may be notified, and an invitation sent to request a change of your delivery order date.

Shipping and Carrier Delays

The order tracker displays new estimated delivery dates.

  • Your shipping tracking information will be updated once available.
  • Be advised once your package is picked up by the carrier, any delivery delays is attributed to the carrier.
  • We ship internationally, however, be advised shipping times varies by country.

We understand sometimes you need to change or cancel an order you already placed. You can take the most action by locating your order in your Purchase History.

EDIT Orders

If edit options aren’t available, it might be because:

  • Your order is already on its way to you.

Edit Items in an Order

You have 24 hours to Edit orders. While your order is still preparing, you can:

  • Add or remove items.
  • Increase or decrease quantities.
  • Allow or disallow modifications or updates.
